EXCERPT:
They danced, the rest of the wedding guests falling away, and Phin drank in Emily’s smile, her soft laugh as he attempted to twirl her around. He couldn’t help but think of how she’d moaned his name as he’d touched her that night in her living room.
As if reading his mind, color rose in her cheeks, her eyes turning glassy. He had the sudden desperate need to kiss her again. He dipped his head down to say, “Come with me.”
She nodded dazedly as he led her outside the pavilion. The moon was heavy and bright overhead, providing them with just enough light as they wandered into a garden nearby.
Pushing Emily against a vine-covered wall, Phin gathered her into his arms and kissed her. She responded instantly, touching his hair, her tongue darting into his mouth with an ardor matched only by his own. He groaned her name as he kissed her. He couldn’t just kiss her— he needed more. He needed her under him, crying his name. His cock was so hard that it was painful.
Emily pressed needy hands against his shoulders. When he rubbed his hardness against her belly, she inhaled sharply.
“I want you,” he said, guttural, never having felt this desperate for a woman before. “Come to my room?”
“What about the reception?”
“I don’t give a flying fuck about it right now. I want you under me. I want to be inside you, and to hear my name on your lips as I make you come.”
She quivered at the heated words. He kissed down her throat, inhaling the sweet scent of her perfume. Her skin was warm and soft as silk, and he wanted to touch her everywhere.
“Say yes. Say yes, Emily.”
She licked her lips, a movement that shot straight to his groin. “If no one will notice us being gone—”
“I don’t care if they do.”
She brought his head down so she could whisper into his ear, “Then yes. Make me yours, Phin.”
